How long does shipping take for bedding and bath orders?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer a next-day delivery service for orders placed before 2pm Monday through Thursday.
What is your return policy for pillows and duvets?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on pillows, duvets, and mattress protectors if they are unopened and in their original packaging. You have 365 days to return most other items.
How do I choose the right duvet tog for the season?
We recommend a 4.5 tog for summer, a 10.5 tog for spring/autumn, and a 13.5 or 15 tog for winter. Alternatively, our 'All Seasons' duvets provide two layers that can be combined or separated.
Are your down and feather products ethically sourced?
Yes, all of our down and feather products are RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certified, ensuring that the feathers come from animals that have not been subjected to any unnecessary harm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for interest-free installments.
Do you offer a warranty on mattresses?
Most of our mattresses come with a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee, covering structural defects and workmanship to ensure you have peace of mind for years to come.
